Bataan Military Academy employs some of the highest qualified and best team members around, but is always striving to find stand out candidates to join the Academy staff.

If you enjoy being actively involved and engaged in all aspects of a cadet's high school experience including extracurricular activities, if you have a strong desire to help develop leadership skills with young cadets, if you are comfortable multi-tasking and wearing more than one hat, then you might be the next stand out caliber person to join the Academy staff.

Prior military experience not required, but is a plus.
