Here are the initial forms that will need to be completed to apply to become a Sea Cadet (separate from the Academy admission application paperwork).
Enrollment eligibility: you must turn 14 within the current calendar year, and not be older than 18. If you are between 11 and 14 years old, please ask about the Navy League program.
Enrollment fee is $150.00

All replacement orders should be done by the requesting parent/cadet at Awards Etc.

The replacement name plates will be $5.00/each.
